Data Centre Services

Data centre decommissioning and hardware buyback across Europe, Asia and the US.

We decommission data centres end to end: rack removal around live infrastructure, secure data destruction (on site where your policy requires it), and buyback of servers, storage, networking and GPU hardware. Equipment from European and UK sites is processed in our own facilities in Berlin and the UK, moved by logistics partners we have worked with for years. Elsewhere we deliver across Asia Pacific and North America through our partner network.

Valuation within 24 hours. NDA on request. One point of contact for multi-site projects.

What we handle

One partner, from the first rack to the last certificate.

Pick the parts you need. Most clients use all four, so the people who remove the hardware are the same people who destroy the data and pay you for what can be resold.

Decommissioning and rack removal

De-racking, cabling and power removal planned around your live estate, with a dedicated project manager and full site access compliance.

  • Colocation, enterprise and hyperscale halls
  • Method statements and risk assessments
  • Serial-level inventory at disconnection

Secure drive destruction

Drives are sealed, tracked and destroyed or sanitised after secure transport. Where your policy requires it, we shred or wipe inside your data hall in Germany and the UK, witnessed on request.

  • HDD, SSD, NVMe and tape
  • Wiping following NIST 800-88 guidelines
  • Certificate per serial number

Server, storage and GPU buyback

Send your asset list and we value it against current market demand. Paid as an upfront purchase or a revenue share, set against the cost of the project.

  • Rack servers, blades and storage arrays
  • GPU accelerators and AI servers
  • Switches, routers and firewalls

Delivery partner for US providers

US-based ITAD and data center service companies use us as their execution team in Europe and Asia, under their brand or ours.

  • White-label reporting
  • Local compliance handled for you
  • NDA and non-circumvention as standard
How a project runs

Planned around your exit date, not ours.

We work backwards from the day you hand the hall back. Every step is documented, so your auditors and your landlord get the same answer.

Case study

Multi-region decommissioning programme across Europe and Asia

A US-based ITAD provider needed a delivery team for a multinational enterprise's data centre estate in Europe and Asia, where its own network did not reach. We took on decommissioning and processing of servers, routing platforms and networking equipment, working to the client's security and reporting standards.

One point of contact across 12 sites, serial-level reporting back to the provider under its brand, and resale of reusable hardware set against project cost.

Common questions

Data centre decommissioning FAQ

Can you work while the rest of the data centre stays live?

Yes. We plan removal around your live estate, agree change windows with your facility team and isolate only what is in scope.

Are drives destroyed on site or at your facility?

Either. Most projects ship drives sealed and tracked for destruction or sanitisation after transport, with a certificate per serial. If your policy requires on-site destruction, we shred or wipe inside your data hall in Germany and the UK.

Who handles transport and processing?

For EU and UK sites we process most equipment ourselves, in our own facilities in Berlin and the UK. Transport runs through logistics partners we have worked with for years, for secure, tracked moves within Europe and between the EU and the UK.

How do you value servers and GPUs for buyback?

From your asset list: model, configuration, quantity and condition, priced against current secondary market demand. You get the valuation within 24 hours.

What documentation do we receive?

A certificate of destruction per serial number, a full asset report, chain of custody records and, in the UK, WEEE paperwork.

Do you work outside Germany and the UK?

Yes. We run projects directly in Germany and the UK, and deliver across Europe, India, Singapore, Japan, South Korea and the US through a vetted partner network, with one point of contact and the same reporting throughout.

Do you subcontract for other providers?

Yes. Much of our data centre work comes from US-based providers who need a delivery team in Europe or Asia. NDA and non-circumvention as standard.
